Cancellation and Refunds

Bids are non-refundable. A listing is delivered the moment it appears on the board, which is within a minute of payment clearing.

Being outbid is not a refund reason

Someone paying more than you is how the board works. Your listing stays up at its new rank, and your lifetime total is unchanged.

When we will refund

• You were charged and no listing appeared, and we cannot fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same payment.

In either case, email support@outbid.co.in with your payment reference. We respond within 3 working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Removed listings

Listings removed for breaking the rules are not refunded.

Please contact us first. Most payment problems are faster to fix directly than through your bank.
